The Myers Briggs Personality
Indicator - the MBTI provides understanding of our psychological type
based on Jungs work. It provides insight into basic patterns in
human functioning, and can help support self-understanding and development;
career development and exploration; organisation development; team building
and management and leadership training.
The Leadership Development
framework - this framework defines the way leaders respond to different
situations and indicates their capability and style which can be used
in their further development. Clients can complete a sentence completion
test. James Pritchard and Sarah Ackroyd are qualified coaches in the LDF
and can help you interpret your profile and identify development potential.
H360 profiling - leadership
profiles are tailored to the leadership competency framework for each
client organisation using the Harthill profiling tool. Alternatively consultants
will provide a process for developing a competency framework if the client
does not already have one.
