POSTIVE ACTION - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR WOMEN

In the past five years, Sarah Ackroyd has provided acclaimed training through the national leadership development programme for senior women officers and local force initiatives for positive action programmes. It is interesting to note that 5 of the current 21 ACPO women (i.e 24%) in post have been through this programme.

We needed a programme that would give women a supportive learning environment where they could really reassess their future career options.
