PAULINE CLARE
Pauline.clare@paulineclare.com

“Clarity and support – both these assets were gained through a series of coaching sessions with Pauline Clare. Pauline’s great ability is to combine acute listening with her highly impressive leadership experience”

As the UK’s first woman Chief Constable, Pauline Clare has the assured knowledge of what is needed to succeed in the work place. Retiring from the police service in 2002, Pauline now offers the benefit of her thirty-six years of experience to executives and businesses across the country. Pauline has a particular interest in supporting women in careers such as the police, where being a woman holds particular challenges.

“I have found this an invaluable opportunity to reflect on my leadership approach and to test out new ideas”

Following her successful police career, Pauline has retrained in executive coaching, life coaching, team coaching and as a coach trainer. She is currently using these skills in work on personal development and performance improvement with individuals and teams in public and private sector organisations. She has a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Executive coaching and a certificate in Life Coaching.

“A wonderful experience…..I have grown and so have the people who work for me.”
