With over 16 years
mentoring experience Royston has supported clients in all types of environments.
These include chief executives, senior and middle mangers, secondary and
primary school children and people in the community.

In
addition to mentoring Royston continues his organisation change consultancy,
with a strong focus on the well being of the individual. Royston has a
degree in Management Development and Social Responsibilities; he is a
graduate of Common Purpose and is a gold Duke of Edinburgh Award holder.
Recent work includes participation in a British Council management development
initative working with 19 African countries as a basis for developing
the UK.

Roystons interest
is helping individuals and organisations understand and develop fresh
thinking to achieve confidence, growth, quality of life and other objectives.
His focus on diversity planning and training ensures "people"
remain at the centre. His work includes the Chair of AFRoice, a community
based group which encourages parents to take a more active role in the
educational development of black children.
